Child Therapy Institute

We at The Child Therapy Institute seek to increase awareness that our community's children are a precious resource to be nurtured, protected, and guided into adulthood. We also seek to assist parents and adults to work towards a healthy, integrated sense of self, so that they may bring their unique strengths and abilities into their families and into the larger community. We serve children, youths, and adults from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds who have a variety of problems, including sexual abuse, behavioral and emotional difficulties, and adjustment disorders. We also train graduate students in the art of depth psychology focused especially on sandplay therapy so that may facilitate healing in the lives of others. Workshops are offered throughout the year for therapists. For more information, contact 415-456-7724, or click on link above.
