We are seeking a community-minded non-profit organization or social enterprise business to rent available office spaces in our building.

Located one block north of Solano Avenue on the Berkeley/Albany border, the large office (pictured below) is 232 square feet and features bright natural light.  Originally two rooms; a folding door now provides a more flexible space.  Bathroom is adjacent and tenants may make use of the church kitchen for staff lunch storage/preparation. 

Two additional offices with interior windows are also available. The larger is 139 sq. feet and the smaller 98 sq. feet.

All offices are on the lower level and are not currently handicap accessible--a tenant with very low-volume traffic would be ideal.

St. Alban's is a progressive faith community seeking to make a positive difference in our community and beyond. We are increasingly a meeting place hub for community-based organizations, as well as a drop site for Fully Belly Farms CSA, and our long-term tenants include the Child Therapy Institute, Albany Adult School and numerous 12-step programs.

Rent is $1.75/square foot. Common area maintenance and wireless additional.
