Event Rentals at St. Alban's

St. Alban's Episcopal Church Parish Hall & Sanctuary have wonderful accoustics and both provide an excellent venue for musical and spoken word concerts, wedding receptions, fundraisers, private parties and classes.

Pricing:

The Parish Hall holds a maximum of 184 people, and rents for $ 150 for a four hour block of time. 

The Sanctuary holds a maximum of 155 people, and rents for $ 200 for a four hour block of time.

The Library holds up to 25 people, and it suitable for small groups or classes.  It rents for $ 40 per use.

Deposits & Fees:

$ 100 Deposit holds your date

$ 50.00 Refundable key deposit

$ 65.00 Janitorial fee

Final payment is due before event begins.

Office space is also available.  Please call for availablilty and pricing.
